The content and images contained on this website remain property of Flash Forward Photography, a legal partnership under the Government of New Brunswick, and its employees.  Photographers retain all rights to their photographs unless otherwise stated.  You agree not to copy, distribute or modify this content without express written permission from the copyright holder.

2. Rights of the Purchaser

You agree that as the purchaser of photography products from this website that you have the following rights:

• The right to display publically any printed work purchased from this website.
• The right to frame any printed work purchased from this website.
• Grant ownership to another person (as a gift) without any personal gain.

You may not perform any of the following:

• Resell any works purchased from this website.
• Claim ownership of your own.  Ownership and credit remains with the original photographer of the works.
• Modify, copy, or mass distribute any material purchased from this website without prior written permission from the copyright holder.

3. Use of this website

By using this website you agree that Flash Forward Photography is not responsible for the availability of this service.  As we are hosted by a third party we cannot guarantee 100% uptime.  Flash Forward Photography is not responsible for any downtime that causes a loss to you, personally or financially.  We are not responsible for any damage incurred to your computer by browsing this web page.  Every precation is taken to ensure the safety of our server and the programs running on that server.  However, as we are in a shared environment we cannot guarantee the integrity of our data.

4. Timeframe of Delivery

While we strive to ensure that every order is process and delivered as soon as possible, we cannot guarantee expedient delivery of your product.  We depend on many different systems and suppliers and as such delays are possible.  For example: if our printing service is delayed, as will be your order.  If our shipping contractor is delayed, as will be your order.  Flash Forward Photography will not be held financially responsible for delayed orders that are beyond our control.
